Poplar Place, LLC—Senior Assisted Living Home is a licensed CBRF. This RN operated home is a haven for the frail elderly, functionally disabled, terminally ill and seniors with various stages of dementia. Respite care is also offered. We are dedicated to the excellence in the care of the frail elders of our community. We pledge to provide this care through combining a high level of professionalism with compassion, patient, sensitivity, creativity and humor. We are committed to providing a safe, home-like environment that celebrates life, stimulates feelings of belonging, self-respect, happiness, and treats each resident as the unique and special person that he or she is. We further pledge to be responsive to the changing abilities of our residents and offer support to families through understanding, open communication and involvement in decisions in their loved ones care. |
